Trouble logging in

Hi, i'm new to this server and whenever i log in and click on my character i D/C
Hope you can help

Are you playing another private server at the moment? And Welcome :)

Can you tell us what error code (if you even get one) appears?
Also, have you tried different channels?
If that doesn't work, try making a new character, and see if your current one is stuck in game.

Loopback adapter
go to the tutorial section and it'll teach you have to fix

If you are playing another private server at the moment as well as ViperMs it means it's the Loopback adapter that is not letting you play both servers as Vincent said.
Go to your start button and right click ' my computer '.
Click Properties and find your device manager in hardwares.
Unistall ' Loopback ' adapter.
