MSI problems.

Well I finally saved up to buy my first MSI. I had 32k of each stat, and I went to the MSI seller. I bought the 10k Stat MSI, and when i put it on all my stats went to 4. I have over 170 rbs, and i just gave up 32k of every stat for 10k on an msi. Is this suppose to happen?
