First and foremost,
My name is Paul and I'm fifteen years old. I have been playing Maplestory
for over three years and I play on the name , Icky, or Each..
I have been a GM on a few different servers and I have hosted my own server for a short while.
I take my job as a GM seriously and I always carry out my GM duties as a
professional. I do not ban for grudges or if somebody pisses me off; I
only ban if somebody deliberately breaks the rules. I don't let emotion
affect my decisions.
I am very
experienced in tech support and I'm able to fix almost any problem a
player is having, assuming they have the intelligence to follow
directions. I've never been not able to help somebody fix their problem.
I am very experienced in hacking so I know what all the hackers are doing
to try to gain an unfair advantage in this game. I know the name of
every hack and I can instantly recognize any of them. I know what
hackers do to try and avoid the GMs, I know what hacks they use, and I
know where they go. Chances are I'm a more experienced hacker than any
given hacker that tries to hack on a server I'm playing.
I'm not going to even go into my skills at banning hackers. People always
put that and act like it's amazing that they can ban lots of them. It's
nothing special to me, really, it's simple and most of the time hackers
don't get by me. I'm not of them loser who gets pissed because someone
is pissing me off.
On top of my vast knowledge of this game on both the GMs side and the hacker's side, I have an IQ of approximately 145.

I'm pretty good at hosting events and I don't do retarded ones like
randomly spawning bosses in the FM. I actually make a game out of events
and make it fun for everybody. I've held over 300 events in my past
years.
I'm very fair when it comes to punishment and I will usually hear anyone out when giving out consequences. I don't abuse my GM powers like so many people do. I see so many people banning players
left and right just because they smega saying that they don't like one
of the GMs. I'm not like that at all.
I can follow instructions very easily and I don't need to be told twice what the rules are.
Are you able to speak, read, and write fluently in any other language besides English?
Yes. I speak tagalog, visaya, a few filipino languages.
What do you think is the most important responsibility of a GM? Respect and
helping others, mostly helping new customers in our server.
How would you describe your personality? Funny. Loving. Respectful. Trustworthy. Helpful.
On a scale of 1-10, how devoted are you willing to be to your GM duties
and responsibilities? 9. If i picked 10, i may not be on sometimes, due
to sickness, traveling, or any others.

Regardless of how well or how many times you have been a GM in other servers( They are just screenshot, still not strong to prove that those characters in those SS are you. They could be from a GM who posted a SS of themselves( E.g. yang recently post a SS of him scaring people.) at a forum and you took it and pretend to be the GM.) Show more convincing evidence.
Other than that,
You have made some serious mistakes here and do not seem to show any remorse.
1st. You are not always active in game but only active in forum(TOO HYPERACTIVE=SPAM!), most player do not even know your IGN.
2nd. You have been spamming blindly and posting useless comments on other peoples' threads,
3rd. despite getting the 1st warning, you still do not learn your lesson,
4th. Due to your meaningless posts on the guide threads, those Guides are now locked and causes other players could not post their questions on the threads.
5th. You posted negative stuff on others application for GM in order to let you "stand out" more. (Even if you do not have that intention, you should restrain yourself from "pin-point" others "weakness". You do not have the decision rights so do not say stuff like "chances are low".One of the reason of not stating who i am is also not to get myself "stand out" like you did.)
and more, just to save you from further embarrassment, i not going to list any further.
Overall, what i can see, you have been a nuisance to the community. You should reflect on what you have done and make some improvement. Before i see any positive changes made in you, i will definitely not going to support you. I believe everyone will be wise enough to do what they should by not supporting you.

I do aggree with a few things Peter said, and others that I do not.
For one, You are helping alot with technicall problems and are offering free picture thinsg with desings and your name or IGN on it.
Secondly, You are mostly nice but on forums.

As of right now I do not support any Apps considering almost all of them do not follow the proper format of a GM app (it is not my job to tell people to reformat there apps). Look at those accepted to see what I mean.

1. GM experience? To be honest the pictures that were provided seemed as if though the server you played consisted of only GMs
2. You are good with technically issues
3. Know minor coding
Negative
1. Pulling the strings (multi warnings)
2. Commenting on every post. (considered trolling)
3. Your activity needs improvement (forum alone doesnt mean your active, be more ingame and xat)
4. Minor improvements needed in self control.
@Peter: None of the things locked were cause of him. We lock posts topically in the support section because the person that had the issue solved by one of the posters.
