Character DCed Problem!! Empty Character DCed Problem!!

After i got my second job, there will be a video about koc on the next login right? but then when i clicked my char, it login for a second then it dc.. i guess it was at the 'koc place' (idk map name though).. it happens all the time when i login.. so i can't login.. need help here to reset my char to another map..my ign is Crouses.
