FireWall Blocked ViperMS

Welcome to the tutorial. Today im gonna help you fix this problem that it says the server offline and its actually online.

WINDOWS 7 (Anti Virus Kind)

1.)Go to the start button (The button in the corner of the screen with the colors red, green, blue, and yellow.

2.)Click Control Panel

3.)Click Programs then Programs and Features

4.)Find your Anti Virus and uninstall it

1.)Go to the start button (The button in the corner of the screen with the colors red, green, blue, and yellow

2.)Click Control Panel

3.)Click System and Security

4.)Click Windows FireWall

5.)In the sidebar there should be a opition that says Turn Windows FireWall On or Off CLICK IT

6.)Then just turn it off

As much as I would like to agree, there are different factors as to why you cant login

1. Need to download the most recent client
2. uninstall microsoft loop back
3. Server Crashed (happens)
4. Your character is Stuck
5. Blocked connection by the admin
6. Banned
7. Internet to slow to handle, etc.


And the only Anti-virus I've ever had an issue with was Norton. It blocks everything and everyone.
With the Firewall You only need to run as admin on it, and it should work fine.

But nice effort though.

Uninstalling your Anti Virus isn't very smart at all.
A simpler way would be to add ViperMS to your "Safe" programs list.

Uhmm LOL

My anti-virus simply sits on my computer turned off all day long. 24/7. I know about 10 other people that don't even have anti-virus. Anti-virus is hardly needed unless you're visiting websites that would give you viruses or download tons of stuff all day.

So basically, I turned off my anti-virus when I downloaded the ViperMS patcher then put it on exclusions. It works perfectly now; thanks for this helpful guide. c:
