Lag For ME Empty Lag For ME

Im not sure if it is just me or mabye others are having the same problem
For me I lag alot when i play this server espcially in FMs
Is there any ways to prevent this, because when i played rydah about 7 months ago i didnt lag at all, or lag at other servers.
Mabye it is just the host im not sure, if you know the solution please message me Very Happy

Yeah, it's laggy at the moment.
But when we get enough donations, we're going to go dedicated, so there'll be less lag (:
